For our MEMBER LEVEL families, an annual memberhship application is all that is required to join TLC for the school year. However, in the event one of our activities is moved to Fredericktowne Baptist then a waiver form would be required for participation in that activity.
For our CO-OP LEVEL families, a membership application and FBC waiver form must be submitted annually. A co-op registration form is required for each semester of classes.
